Prerequisite Mindful Art 1.0.
Join instructor, Karess Knudtson, to take what you have learned in Mindful Art 1.0 and expand into using this method with watercolors! Participants will enjoy this meditative art process. This mindful drawing & painting activity merges neuroscience and creativity to explore our limitations and foster changes. This class is for EVERYONE that could use a positive shift in their mood.
All artistic abilities are welcome, even if you don’t necessarily consider yourself ‘creative’ or have never tried watercolors. Come try it, you will like it!
The finished product will be a work of art matted to 11x14.
Materials list to bring with you IF YOU PREFER TO USE YOUR OWN MATERIALS:
Watercolors of your choice ( ie. pencils, markers, tubes or pans) *
Black Sharpie/PERMANENT markers - variety of tip widths (3 to 4)
Materials list provided for you use:
Various types of Watercolors
(1) permanent black marker
Watercolor Paper
Colored permanent markers
11 x 14 mat
*Various watercolor option will be available for you if you do not have your own.
