RESERVATION POLICY
Effective Monday, August 22, 2005
* All tickets must be reserved with a valid credit card. If you wish to use a different payment method you may do so when you pick up your tickets
* Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to performance date by calling the box office (Leaving a message at the box office is acceptable)
* If you choose not to cancel 24 hours before the performance date your credit card will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
Services for People with Disabilities
In order to comply with individual needs, please make your arrangements with the Pearson Lakes Art Center Box Office when purchasing tickets. Seating for patrons who use wheelchairs are available on a limited basis: reservations are suggested.
Children
Children aged one year and older must have a ticket. Parents should use their discretion in deciding which events are appropriate for their children.
Latecomers
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management to reduce the adverse impact on the performance.
Photography and Recording Devices
Photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited during the performance.
Food and Drink
No food or drink allowed in the theatre.
